If you’re looking for ways to improve your health and overall well-being, I just heard about this event that you might find interesting!

Calm Roots and Field & Flow are collaborating together to host the first Milwaukie Wellness Fair on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 10:00am - 6:00pm.

The event is sponsored by Catalyst Network of Communities, a 501c3 nonprofit social impact organization helping people to connect, collaborate, and share resources.

The Milwaukie Wellness Fair is more than just another event. It’s a collaborative community experience. Together, we can be part of creating a space that builds a sense of community, promotes personal wellness (physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic), and supports practitioners and small businesses. This will be a great opportunity for us to expand our wellness experience!

Throughout the day, there will be free group experiences for us to try out new wellness modalities or to enjoy familiar ones. Some of these include yoga, sound bath, accessible body fit workout, laughter yoga, breathwork, various types of meditations, and more. There will also be several vendor booths representing a range of wellness types where we can try out their service offerings, products, or get more information.
