Become a Facilitator

During the fair, we will have a program of group experiences that will give attendees an opportunity to try out new modalities or enjoy familiar ones. These may include yoga, sound bath, accessible body fit workout, laughter yoga, breath work, various types of meditations, etc. Refer to the Program Schedule to see time slots.

For those interested in leading a 20-30 minute or 60 minute group experience, complete the interest form on this page and we will get back to you. Due to limited time slots, we cannot guarantee that everyone can lead a session. We’ll want to make sure that the experiences are well-rounded for attendees to explore a variety of modalities. There is no fee to lead or participate in a session. And if not a vendor, there is no requirement to stay for the whole event (unless you’re also a vendor).

If you’re ready to apply to become a facilitator:

  • Complete the facilitator form on this page to provide:

    • Your contact information

    • Your wellness group experience

    • Information about your business or practice

    • Your logo and/or photos that can be used for the fair website

  • Facilitator form due by July 15, 2026 (Note: we may still have room in the program! If you’re interested, go ahead and fill out a form and we’ll touch bases with you.)

  • Facilitator Partner agreements:

    • Collaborative marketing - we all agree to promote the event to our respective audiences, websites, and newsletters, thereby creating a much larger audience for all of us. We’ll provide some promotional poster images (with your logo) that you can consider using.

    • Hold harmless - you agree to hold harmless the organizers, hosts, sponsor, and home owner if your participation leads to an injury, illness, or loss. You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own risks and liabilities.
