Parking

There is plenty of parking along the neighborhood streets. Please park legally and observe city-posted parking signs. Please do not block any driveway.

Along SE Wake Street, you may park on the south side of the street (the side closest to the house). There is no parking along the north side of that street block (opposite the house). At the next block, you can park on the street by Ardenwald School Park (along SE 36th Avenue), and by Ardenwald Elementary School (along both sides of SE Wake Street).

For vendors and facilitators only: the driveway for the Milwaukie House is for loading/unloading. Two cars can park at a time in the driveway temporarily to unload or load items at the side of the driveway. Please move your car after you’re finished to give others an opportunity to do the same. Please do not park in the driveway if there are already two cars in the driveway. We appreciate your patience as we encourage everyone to be as efficient as possible.
