Calm Roots Reiki is a community-centered healing practice founded by Reiki practitioners Kim Costill and Ryda Thuch. Together, we create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the calming, restorative benefits of Reiki.
Our mission is to support healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection through Reiki shares, workshops, meditation, wellness events, and individual Reiki sessions. We believe that when we nurture our own well-being, that healing naturally ripples outward into our families, communities, and the world around us.
We are honored to co-host the Milwaukie Wellness Fair and look forward to bringing together local practitioners, businesses, and community members to celebrate holistic wellness, connection, and healing.

I offer presence-based, conscious coaching for people who feel ready to engage change - not by forcing outcomes, but by meeting themselves honestly. My approach is "present, not perfect."
